A circular track has a circumference of 34 cm with AB as one of its diameters.A cyclist travels from A to B along the circular path with a constant velocity of 15.7m/s. Find
(i) the displacement
(ii) the distance moved by the cyclist.

the unit that you have used "cm" is not correct, a cyclist cannot travel on a circular track of 34 cm. even the cycle is much bigger then 34 cm. Please get it corrected.

Ans i> the displacement = diameter of circular track
now, circumferance= \pi d
therefore,d= \frac{34*7}{22}
⇒d=10.80
therefore, the displacement =10.80 cm.
Ans ii> Sience the diameter divides the circle into to halves
therefore, the distance travelled by the cyclist=34/2= 17 cm.

HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU.....!!!!!
