The food  which contains nutrient in them in sufficient amount and helps us to nourish our body, are termed as nutritious food.The nutrious food are those which have a good nutrition value.
WE should take it to nourish our immune system, digestive system,to perform our metabolic activities, maintaiting our body functions and to stay fit as well as healthy.
