The differences are as follows:

1) the bacterial cells are prokaryotic where as human cells are eukaryotic.

2)The cell organeles of the human cell membrane bound. Whereas, the cell organeles of the bacterial cells are not membrane bound.

3)Human cells have well defined nucleus whereas the bacterial cells do not have well defined nucleus.

4)bacterial cells have rigid cell wall, human cells do not have cell wall.

5)Bacterial cells have single chromosome unlike human cells.
