Place a pyrex funnel with its mouth down is a sauce pan full of water in such a way thar the stem tube of the funnel is above the water of pointing upward into air rest the edge of the bottom portion of the funnel on a nail or on a coin so thar water can get undert it place the pan on a stove and heat ir till it begins to boil where do the bubbles form first?why?can you explain how a geyser works using this experience

The boiling point of the water increases with increase in pressure.
so the bubble start from the bottom at the sauce pan where the nail or coin arranged. In geysers, boiling begins near the bottom and the bubbles that are raising above push the water out starting eruption. This is the laboratory demonstration of working of natural geysers
