let as convert it into mph
therefore
36×5/18
now u=36kmph
ti=0
t2=5
v=okmph
now let us know the acceleration 
a=v-u
  t2-t1
=0-36kmph
   5-0
=-36×5/18
       5
-36×5
  18×5
a=-2
f=ma
100×2
200N
therefore F=200N
