If AD is the median drawn on the side BC of a triangle ABC, then

AB²+AC² = 2(AD²+BD²) ............(1)

Same way,

If BE is the median drawn on the side AC of a triangle ABC, then

AB²+BC² = 2(CE²+BE²) ............(2)

and

If CF is the median drawn on the side AB of a triangle ABC, then

AC²+BC² = 2(AF²+CF²) ............(3)

Add the equations (1), (2) and (3) and simplify to get the answer.
