Let us mark this points as A(0,0),B(7,3),C(10,6),D(3,3)
Then we should know the difference between this points this is as follows:
1)AB=(0-7)+(3-0)=-10
2)BC=(10-7)+(6-3)=6
3)CD=(3-10)+(3-6)=-10
4)AD=(3-0)+(3-0)=6 (proved)
Here,AB=CD and BC=AD,this show two sides are equal as in parallogram.in it 2 sides are equal.

Let us consider the points as A(0,0) ; B(7,3) ; C(10,6) ; D(3,3).
The distance b/w AB = √(7-0)²+(3-0)² = √49+9 = √58
The distance b/w BC = √(10-7)²+(6-3)² = √9+9 = √18
The distance b/w CD = √(3-10)²+(3-6)² = √49+9 =√58
The distance b/w DA =√(3-0)²+(3-0)² =√9+9 = √18
The distance b/w AC = √(10-0)²+(6-0)² = √100+36 = √136
The distance b/w BD = √(3-7)²+(3-3)² = 4
As the opposite sides are equal and diagonals are not equal , hence the given points represents parallelogram.
