Sport according to Wikipedia is all forms of usually competitive physical activity which, through casual or organised participation, aim to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills. But according to me is actually it is part-time or full-time refreshing activity which relaxes our mind and body as well. There are plenty of benefits of playing a sport such as staying fit, relaxation, entertainment and recreation. It keeps us busy. It helps us to accept defeats and learn from our previous mistakes. It teaches us to be competitive in a friendly manner. It also helps to lift people from depressions. One must always have a sport as a hobby as it is very enjoyable.
