No, you can not say powdered salt to be liquid. When we pour salt into some container, the shape of the total amount of salt changes. But the shape of individual grains of salt doesn't change. So salt is not liquid, it is solid.

No ,it is a common mistake.even if we put it  in a container the whole  powder  will only change  shape .but if each salt particles s shape wont change.so powdered salt cannot be said as a liquid.
