V1 = (1d/3) / (2t/3) = d*3 / 2t*3 = d/2t = 1/2 *d/t
V2 = (2d/3) / (1t/3) = 2d/3 / t/3 = 2d/t = 2* d/t

So V2 = 4V1
V1/V2 = 1/4
