Triangle ADE is similar to triangle ABC by AA similarity test
we know that ratio of the similar triangles is equal to ratio of the the squares of corresponding sides
=> ar(ADE)/ar(ABC) = 4^2/6^2=16/36
ar(ABC)=ar(ADE) x 36/16 = 32 x 36/16=32 x 2 = 64
