i stand before you tell about the physical fitness .as u all know that today life is became so fast and people don't what they have while eating as they are in hurry always . that is why people are having problem like obesity which comes with many diseases.So don't wait for obesity to as if you can control your fat and keep yourself healthy.physical fitness is very important in life we should daily spend at least half an hour in any kind of physical activity for example swimming,running,dancing and even singing can help if we will be in fit conditon we can do anything in our life as it will always keep us heathy
