Here, parallel sides of trapezium are 120 & 154
and non parallel sides are 50 & 52.

Area of trapezium = area of parallelogram + area of triangle.
Using Heron’s formula, Now, s = (a+b+c)/2 = (34+50+52)/2 = 68
On calculating we get, Area = 816 sq meter
Again area of triangle = (basexheight)/2 = (34Xheight)/2 = 816
So height = 48 meter,
Area of parallelogram = (sum of parallel sidesXheight)/2 =5760
Total area of trapezium = 5760 + 816 = 6576 sq meter

Total cost = Rs 2,00000 X 5760 = Rs1315200000
