Open the WORD document.
Create a postscript file.
Open File > Print and click the option to print.
Click ok to the dialogue box.
Name and save the file to the required location you want.
The document will be saved with a PRN extension.
Close the WORD.
Now open Adobe Acrobat Distiller.
