Sports and fitness are the thing to focus on a global scale. today sports and fitness are getting less day by day and the craz of junk food , mc d , dominoes is getting more .espeacially in youth and teenagers like us but it's not good if we eat it too much . sports and fitness are getting less so we need to promote , support and do it our self . sports are for all of us and of many types like from swimming to skydiving . so we should take part in sports and tell others also to join with one or the another sport . there is a very big carrer and opportunities in the field of sports and these days it's really needed to take care about our fitness . sports also take an active part in our life if we do them
