National Capital’s car commuters came to grips with the binary odd-even
policy. On odd days, only cars with number plates that ended with
1,3,5,7 or 9 could ply and on even days the car registration had to end
with 2,4,6,8 or 0.
this policy was came to act in delhi which is making this act to come into force by the help of traffic police.the cheif minister arvind kejrival commeted "save future for children" .this policy had been considered to free the capital from road rage, accidents, .it is quiet unbelievable that with 80% of cars in roads ,public transported had been decreased before the act is taken. after the force of act pollution had been decrease fom 89% to 62% according to the report. this helped very much
opinion:- i wish the act should be also taken alover the country and world to decrease pollutin caused by cars and their smoke
