The polarity induced on the side of the solenoid that faces the magnet is same as the polarity of the side of the magnet facing it if the magnet is brought towards the solenoid. it is the opposite when the magnet is pulled away in the direction opposite to that of solenoid.

Now when you know the polarity of the magnet, you can determine the direction of current. The flow of current is anticlockwise if you are looking at the end with north polarity and its clockwise if you are looking at the side with south polarity.

Just keep in mind ,whether change in magnetic field increases or decreases and its happen in which direction,according to this decide the polarity .It must be opposite regarding change.
