Jaamun will spoil first as it contains more ammount of oil as compared to ladoo . it spoils because of rancidity . jaamun when exposed to air because of oxygen it gets oxidize and its taste and odour changes and it spoils. Oily items arerancid to air

Rancidity can be prevented using antioxidants (agents that prevents oxidation) like nitrogen .or it can be stored in airtight containers
