Humour is the ability to laugh at ourselves to brighten any situation and conversation. Humour helps us to forgive or to admit our own errors. It diffuses conflict. It makes hard times less heavy. When we cultivate humour, we are letting go of other emotions: bitterness, anger and resentment. Wisdom is the ability to think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding and common sense. Basically, wisdom means applying knowledge. Wisdom is regarded ad virtue. It often requires control of one's emotional reactions. Both wisdom and humour are important for our life.
