3x-2y+6 =0
2y = 3x+6
y = (3/2)x + 3

let x   -2    -1     0     1     2
     y    0   1.5    3    4.5   6

x + 2y -6 =0
2y = 6 - x
y  = 3 - (1/2)x

x     -2      -1      0      1      2
y      4      3.5     3    2.5    2

now you can easily plot this in a same graph paper.

3x-2y+6=0
=>x= \frac{2y-6}{3}
plot the points (-2,0),(0,3),(-4,-3) to get the line
 x+2y-6=0 =>x=-2y+6
plot the points (6,0),(4,1),(2,2) to get the line
