Yes it is possible.
lets define a function as follows:
f(x)=x²+1
here x= 2 
∴f(2)=2²+1-----------(two 2's r used)
∴f(2)=5
∴using two 2's i made 5.

H(2) + 2⁰ = 4 + 1 = 5
See here H() is the Hyperfactorial function 
Which says that if n is any positive integer then hyperfactorial of n i.e 
H(n) = n^n * n ^ (n-1) * n^(n-2) * ......................upto 1 (or uptill digit 1)
