Playing games like football , cricket ,etc. Is good for health and also participating in sports like running ,etc is good for health as this all are known as physical training and make us fit and makes our brain works faster rather than playing games on mobiles and P.C.s as it makes our mind lazy . Playing games like chess is also good as it boosts our brain and makes our brain think.
