Because their atomic no. is same but mass no. is differ due to extra neutron on their nucleas
if you make water by tritium and oxygen then it is a heavy water which you can't drink
if you take 1000 hydrogen atom then 1 atom is tritium
it is in very low quantity so it will not harmfull for us
tritium atom is mostly found in sun
