To: The bank manager; Branch . SUB: missing ATM card during receiving process. Dear sir/madam; I, xyz(u r name) holding an account in your branch account no : **007( ur acc no) requested for an ATM card on xx/yy/zzzz date. Yesterday, I received a letter regarding my debit card wher,I found out there is no ATM card annexed only the letter stating my ATM card details and password receiving procedure ;the letter I received was not damage or any sort of that ,it was fully intact.hear,I kindly requesting that to help me what procedure to take .
