Frogs will breath through skin when they are in water. They use their specially modified organ. In land they use lungs for respiration like as humans. In water like as fish they use their skin to absorb the dissolved oxygen in the water and uses it for their function.
They have both the lungs and like as gills so they live in water and land without any breathing problem.

Well frog have lungs but it it insufficient of transporting sufficient amount of oxygen so they respire through their skin, this is called cutaneous respiration. This respiration occurs across the skin. The skin must be moist to diffuse the oxygen well.As water supplies oxygen or diffuse oxygen in equally when it is hot or cold so this is the far more better method of respiring. And frogs can rely on it more than their lungs.
