let sun's altitude be x

the shadow's = 20 root 3

I.e tan theeta= 20/20root3

= 1 / ROOT 3

I.e theeta = 30 degree

and sin 30=20/x

1/root2= 20/x

x=20 ROOT 2

Given,

AB=20 m,BC=20√3

now the sun's altitude is 1/√3 i.e.,tan 30°
