Let The Number Of Student be x
So,
Each Student Receive 300 / x apples
If There Would Have been More 10 Students Then total no. of Students =  x + 10
So Then Each Students Would Receive 300/x + 10

According To The given Statement
⇒  300   -    300    =   1
--------     --------
x          x + 10

⇒  300x + 3000 - 300x  =  1
--------------------------
x² + 10x

3000 = x² + 10x
x² + 10x - 3000 = 0
x² + 60x - 50x - 3000 = 0
x(x + 60) - 50(x + 60) = 0
(x - 50)(x + 60) = 0
⇒  x = 50 or x = -60
x = 50 as No. Of Students Cant Be Negative

So,

Answer = Initial No . of Students = 50
