1.Surface Area of Cylinder = 2 πrh
2.Curved Surface area of Conical Upper Part  = π r l

Solution ⇒

1.Total Area of Each Tent (Cylinder) = 2 πrh
= 2 * 22/7 * 2.8* 3.5
= 2 * 22 * 0.4 * 3.5
= 17.6 * 3.5
= 61.6 m²

Area of Conical Upper Part (Cone) = π r l
= 22/7 * 2.8 * 2.1
= 22 * 0.4 * 2.1
= 8.8 * 2.1
= 18.48 m²

Area of 1500 tents = Area of Cylinder + Area of Cone
= 61.6 + 18.48
= 80.08 m²

Cost For Making Tent = Rs 120 per m²
Total Money Cost For Canvas = 120 * 80.08
= Rs 9609.60

Amount Shared By Each School = Total Amount / no . of School
= 9609.6 / 50
= Rs 192.19
= Rs 192.20
