Area of floor of cone =  \pi  r^{2}  where r = radius of cone
  = 616 sq ft 
 So, r ^{2}  = 616 x 7/22 = 196 sq ft
  => r ^{2} = 196    => r = 14 ft
  We know that  l =  \sqrt{h ^{2} + r ^{2} }  where l = slant height ,   r   = radius of cone and h = height of cone.
  l = \sqrt{14 ^{2}+(2 \sqrt{5}) ^{2}   } => l =  \sqrt{216}
  l = 6 \sqrt{6} ft
