one equal side = 3x + 2

(3x + 2) x 2 + x = 67

7x + 4 = 67

7x = 67 - 4 = 63

x = 63 / 7 = 9

equal side = 3 x 9 + 2 = 27 + 2 = 29

third side = 9

Now, the two other sides are 3x + 2

Perimeter = 67

x + 3x +2 + 3x + 2 = 67

7x = 63

x = 9 cm

So, one side = x = 9 cm

Other two sides = 3x + 2 = 18 + 2 = 20 cm
