Area of residential housing society = 4000m²
rate of rainfall per minute = 2mm = 2×10^-3 m
rate of rainfall for 5 hours = 2×10^-3 ×300 = 0.6m
volume of rainfall for 5 hours in the society = 4000×0.6 = 2400m³
length, breath and height of the tank = 50 m , 40 m and 4 m
area of tank = 50×40 = 2000m²
height of amount of water in the tank = 2400÷2000 = 1.2m
