For instance, if an organisation does not provide training to its employees, it does not mean that the organisation has saved the money. Infact, in such an organisation, employees will commit mistakes and waste resources and thereafter find the solutions for the same. In this sense, the organisation will bear the cost of training in terms of wastage of resources which is higher than the formal cost of training.
