muzzle speed=150m/s\
speed of thief=192km/hr= 53.33m/s
bullet is fired from moving van resultant speed= 150+8.33=158.33m/s
since both vehicles are moving in same direction, velocity which bullet hits the thief= 158.33-53.33= 105m/s
