In lunch,i used to take dal,chapati ,salads and vegetables mostly green veges!!!!!!Green veges contains vitamins A K B2 M.lack of these vitamins may result in deficiency diseases like xeropthalmia,nightblindness,prolonged bleeding ,anamia and so on.salad helps to maintain water in our body.
Cereals contains vitamin B3 B1 B2.and chapati provides full energy.from my view,these are the best food items for lunch!!!
