The first cylinder is in the form of a cuboid.
the length of cuboid(l) = 14 cm
     breadth of cuboid (b) =14 cm
     height of cuboid (h) = 18.5 cm
volume of fruit tin(cuboid) = lbh
                                         = 14 ×14×18.5
                                         =3626 cm³
now
     volume of cylinder =Πr²h
                                   =22/7×7×7×17.5
                                    = 2695 cm³
therefore , the cylinder tin has more capacity.
