Health is the most important aspect of our life.  There is nothing more crucial than health.  When we are healthy we can laugh, smile, enjoy food, joke around and sleep well.  Otherwise, life looks like hell.  Our elders have said that health is wealth.

     We need to maintain hygiene and sanitation at home, class
room and nearby surroundings.  We must eat healthy and complete diet with sufficient amounts of carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and vitamins.  Fitness makes us stay active and confident.  Physical and mental fitness are important to be successful and contribute to the society.

    We maintain mental fitness by regular reading, writing and problem solving. 
Our physical fitness, by exercising regularly in the morning and evening.  Morning walk or jogging in fresh air near parks is great or we can do work outs in a gymnasium.  Exercise throws out the wastes produced from body metabolism.

Health and Fitness 

A very warm good morning to the respected teachers and my dear friends. As we all know that we are gathered here to celebrate this special occasion, I would like to speech over the topic of health and fitness. Health and fitness keeps our body and mind healthy and peaceful. It brings the feeling of well being physically, mentally, spiritually and socially. The criteria of health and fitness all over the world in expanding day by day. Men want to have a heavy muscle bound body whereas women a slim and trim look body. Everybody is being more conscious towards their health and wants to be fit throughout the life. It is quite tough task however not impossible for anybody to achieve a perfect body. Being healthy and fit require some tips to be followed daily with full dedication. There are many people in this huge crowd who want to be ideal person with perfect body. Health and fitness plays great role all through the life. It can be achieved by own or hiring a personal trainer.

Now-a-days, people are so busy, they do not have much time because of their busy schedule. People involved in the corporate businesses have to move very little or perform their task only by sitting. So they generally face lots of health problems like overweight, obese, laziness, body pain, idle, unmotivated, etc. Long term sitting activities may lead a person to the various health disorders. A person with healthy body feels more happy from the mind however a person with overweight or unhealthy body always feel bad and look sad. A healthy and fit person develops lots of self confidence and always gets social respect in his life. A healthy and fit person stays very energetic for a long time and look very active at the work place.

Being healthy and fit involves to maintain a strict discipline, follow etiquette, healthy food at right time, clean food, daily physical exercises, meditation, yoga, personal cleanliness, bath, etc. It is very necessary by the people of all age group to be healthy and fit. People should take care of their proper nutrition and follow healthy life style. Everyone should choose the active work place with fresh environment to avoid the long term sitting. In this way, health and fitness keeps away from all disorders and bring happiness in the life.
