Family play an important role in building society. A society is civilized only if it was created from functional families. Therefore, understanding and practicing many family values is very important to maintain family solidarity. Each ethic has their own different ways to maintain their relationship. However, communication, sacrifice and forgiveness are three essential values that decided which family is the most supportive relationships and strongest family ties. Communication is sharing, listening and understanding other people's opinion or problem without imposing on them your own viewpoints or problem. However, the family's conflict can resolve by communicate. Communication also helps reinforce the family's relationship or ties because people understanding each other more and more each time they talk. Fail to communicate also means fail to maintain or strengthen relationship because if people don't talk they will not know anything about the others nor understanding them.
