Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.we should never skip breakfast. it gives us the energy to do work throughout the day. it is known as breakfast cause we have a fast of about 8 hours at night. we do not have any food at night because we sleep at night . we wake up in the morning and to break the fast we have breakfast......
