The morning walk is a very healthy practice. For children to old persons the walking exercise is essential to keep the body and mind fit. In our environmental conditions, we cannot afford to walk in the day time or in the evening, as comfortably as in the morning.
When we walk in the morning, the air is fresh and cool, breathing in air gives us a new and fresh energy. The air is purer than it is at other times. The body awakens fully and gets ready to do activities that require our complete concentration.
The flow of blood improves, our lungs get a fresh breather. If one starts the day early, one gains more time during the day. Some ailments like constipation and lack of hunger can also be reduced by the morning walk.
One should walk for at least a few kilometers every morning. Many athletes and dignitaries and celebrities do morning walk because it has improved their life style and performance.
