yes, animals do have certain useless organs in their body which are generally known as VESTIGIAL ORGANS. 
vestigial doesn't means functionless,but ancestors of that species used to have such organs which now became unimportant after evolving through generations and generations.
ex:snakes does't have legs?wrong. phythons and boa constictors have tiny hind leg bones burried in their muscles toward their tail ends.such features either useless or poorly suited to perform specific task,are described as vestigials.

Animals do not have useless organs. The each and every organ has its own importance and uses and it is used to perform certain tasks also and they are more primitive than humans.
