In the morning a cup of green or lemon tea should do the magic.
Then exercise for about 1 hour. Run, do push ups or go for a walk.
Eat cereal, bread and butter or something light for breakfast.
For lunch eat high protein foods such as meat, fish or eggs. If you are a veg, fill your plate with veggies and rice and rotis.
You can go for a light beauty nap in the afternoon.
Have a fruit or Grammola bar for a snack.
Have a cup of coffee.
Do not eat anything before your dinner. You should be starving by the time you sit at the table.
Eat rotis witha sabji or meat gravy.
Have a small cup of ice cream, a sweet or a toffee for desert.
Sleep by 10pm and sleep for 6 - 8 hours.
