It is necessary to take a healthy, I'll prefer some of the items which are rich in nutrients n all ex: milk - milk has calcium which is essential for the growth of our bones and to strengthen them. Leafy vegetables - these contain vitamin A which are essential for good and healthy eyesight .egg.- egg is also a good and healthy food
