Mars Orbiter Mission by ISRO
The basic plan for the launch:
Geocentric phase :
The spacecraft (the outermost shell of the mars orbiter) is injected to the elliptic parking orbit by the launcher.
Heliocentric phase :
The spacecraft leaves earth in a direction relating to earths orbit and faces mars related to its orbit.
martiancentric phase :
The spacecraft reaches the mars sphere of influence.
Budget: 70 million$$$
lift off mass: 1,350kg
