Area of rectangular = lb sq . units
here perimeter of rectangular part is given as 540 m and length is given as 150m, base (b) =?
perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l +b ) units
540 = 2 ( 150 + b)
540 = 300 + 2b
2b = 540- 300
2b = 240
b = 120 m
now we got base and length to find area of rectangular .
area of rectangular = lb sq units
                            = 150 x 120
                            = 18000 m^ 2 or 18000 m sq units

So length of rectangle = 150 m
so let the breadth be b
so perimeter = 2(length + breadth) = 540
                         150 + b = 270
                               b = 120 m

so are = l x b = 150 x 120 = 18000 m² ANSWER
