A centriole is a small set of micro tubules arranged in a specific way.there are 9 groups of micro tubules. when two centrioles are found next to each other, they are usually at right angles .centrioles are found in pairs  and moves towards the poles of the nucleus when it is time for cell division.

centriole is a cell organell found only in animal cells. during cell division in animals they help in aster formation. centrioles move towards the poles and initiate cell division or start karyokinesis.
