If you see, the equation x^{2} + y^{2} =2 is a circle of radius 2 units. So you can conclude that it passes through (0,2) (2,0) (-2,0) (0,-2). And the other equation x+y=2 is a straight line passing through (0,2) and (2,0). You can say this by substituting 0 in x and y respectively. Hence both the circle and the line meet at (0,2) and (2,0)
