You are travelling down a road to a village. You reach a fork in the road and find a pair of identical twin brothers standing there. One of the brothers always tells the truth and the other always lies.If you are allowed to ask only "one" question to one of the brothers to find which is the correct road to the village, what is your question?

Plz mention every single thing about your question. Does everyone already know which one lies and which says the truth?
I would ask anyone of them this question "In which direction your would twin point if I ask him the way to the town?"
And I would go in the direction not pointed by him.
Why? Why would you not go in the direction pointed by the person you asked?

Its not important whomsoever u ask . Ask any of them what is 2 + 2 if he will be lier he will answer it wrong and the twin who always says the truth will say 4

Plzzz mark it as best if it is helpful for uor just click thank u
but we should ask any 1 of them only one question with that answer we must reach to the correct way
Yeah, it is a smart way, but it's not exactly solving the case.

I would ask anyone of them this question "In which direction your would twin point if I ask him the way to the town?"
And I would go in the direction not pointed by him.
Case 1) Suppose I go to the truth telling twin and ask this question. He knows that his liar twin points the wrong route and he points out the same wrong one(Now, observe that he is truthful because he showed the route his liar twin would show).
Case 2) Suppose I go to the liar twin and ask this question. He knows that his truth-telling twin would point out the right direction but this liar points out the false direction because he should lie.
Now see, both the twins pointed out the false direction.
So, I shall take the path not pointed by the either of the twins.
