The sum of the two of the forces will be equal and opposite to the third forrce and hence,they gets cancelled.so we cant find any change in velocity since no other external force gets acta on it. So acceleration produced will be 0 and body can be in uniform velocity

Zero.

F = M  * a

When three such forces as F are inclined at 120 deg. to each other , are acting on the center of mass of the body, then the acceleration produced in the body is 0.

The forces being concurrent and having equal in magnitude and uniformly distributed around the center of mass, their components along x and y directions will cancel.
