The risk that is involved in teenage driving is that they don't have control on the vehicle and speeding is the number 1 cause of accidents among the teenagers in this generation. Just because they are 18 that does not mean that they start driving it is that stage of life when your life has just started with that enthusiasm we at our own speed range go and after that regret afterwards. 
As the teens do not have the basic rules of driving but they still drive that's the biggest risk and a mistake too.
