In my opinion the five habits can be-
1. You should have a proper timing for your daily activities.
2. Keep a planner to remember how many or which work you have to do today, so it doesn't trouble you tomorrow.
3. Drink one glass of a bit hot water every morning, it will keep you healthy.
4. Never be too stressed, sometimes its necessary to become childish.
5. Keep calm, patient and cool always.
